    Student Enrollment and Registration Site!

    Davison Community Schools is pleased to offer online enrollment for new students.  The online enrollment process must be completed by the parent/legal guardian.  The process does not have to be completed in one sitting. The program will save information entered and will allow you to log in at a later time to resume the application OR start new. To complete the whole process, you will enroll all of your children before you select ‘Submit.’  Please follow instructions below for Enrolling a New Student.

    The online registration process also allows current DCS families to update address, health and emergency contact information online as part of the 'beginning of year' process. Updated contact information will not only help us reach parents in case of an emergency but it is also how the district communicates updates and important information through email/text/phone notifications. The online registration process must be completed by the parent/legal guardian.  Please follow instructions below for Current DCS Student.

    Enrolling a New Student

    1. If you are enrolling a new K-12 student at Davison Community Schools, and do not have any current students attending Davison Community Schools, you will need to create a ParentVUE account to begin the online enrollment process.
      **If you have another student attending Davison Community Schools, please use your current ParentVUE account. There is no need to create a new account.
    2. Click on this DCS Online Registration link: New Student Enrollment
    3. Under the login space select ‘More Options’ and then select ‘Create a New Account.’
    4. Follow the step-by-step instructions to set up your account.
    5. Once you have created your account, you will receive an email that will prompt you to create a password for your account.
    6. Gather the needed documents:
      • Driver’s License – showing your current address.  If you are using the upload feature, be sure to send both the front and back side
      • Utility bill – showing the SERVICE address as your current address and dated within the last two months (electric, gas, water, cable, internet)
      • A third proof of your residency – dated within the last two months (payroll stub, bank statement, lease agreement, property tax bill, cell phone bill, etc.)
      • Child’s birth certificate – raised seal must be visible – even in a photo
      • Child’s immunization (shot) record
      • Be sure to look at your scan or photo before uploading them.  Be sure the full document is visible.
    7. Use the username and password you created to login to Online Registration.
    8. Click on the "Online Registration" tab in the upper right corner.  New kindergarten families, please be sure you choose the 2021/2022 school year.
    9. Once you have completed the registration process, the school staff will be notified that you have completed your registration. Once proof of residency has been provided, the school staff will process the application.
    10. If you have multiple students to enroll, under the student tab of the online registration, you can click "Add New Student."
    11. Once you have reviewed each student’s information and select ‘Submit’, school staff will be notified and accept or deny the application.
    12. It is not recommended to complete the new student enrollment process on a cell phone.
    13. Please remember to supply the building with any additional documents needed for enrollment.

    Current DCS Student

    1. At the beginning of each school year we mail each student a ‘back to school’ packet and families are asked to log in to ParentVUE to review and update information we have on record.  This process is necessary so we have current emergency phone numbers and up to date information regarding any health issues, etc.
    2. If your student is already enrolled at Davison Community Schools, please go to this link:  Current Student Information Update and login using your ParentVUE login and password. If you do not remember your login, you can contact the building your student attends, and one of the building secretaries will be able to provide you with your username. If you have forgotten your password for ParentVUE, you can enter your username on the login site and click the link “forget your password? Click here,” and it will give you instructions on how to reset your password. DO NOT create a new account if you already have an account, because you will not be able to view your current student’s information.
    3. Once you're logged in, click the registration tab in the upper right corner. Follow the instructions and make sure each section has a green check mark. If you have multiple students, find each student under the "Student" tab and update the student’s information. 
    4. If your address has changed, you will need to supply the building with new proofs of residency (see list of required documents under item 5 ABOVE). 
    5. Once you have reviewed information for all of your children be sure to select ‘Submit.’
